Booking Update

During these difficult times the safety of our guests is of paramount importance to us. The situation is changing daily, so we continue to follow guidance from the government.

We recognise the need for some guests to alter their holiday arrangements due to the current situation and we will work hard to assist with this.
Our revised policy on bookings is as follows:

Existing Bookings

• If you are due to travel to Glebe Barn on or before 3rd July 2020, you can amend travel dates and will not be charged an amendment fee.

• If you find that your amended travel date is cheaper, we will refund the difference.

• Any increase in the holiday cost (due to seasonal changes – on pricing) will be charged.

• In the event an existing or amended booking subsequently falls within extended or amended government-imposed travel restrictions – we will offer a full refund.

• If Glebe Barn is not available for the dates you wish to amend your booking to – we will offer a full refund, if it is due to the current situation

Future Bookings

• We are now accepting new bookings from Saturday 4th July 2020.

• In the event you select a date that subsequently falls within extended or amended government-imposed travel restrictions, again there will be no amendment fee to amend your booking to a more suitable date.

• If Glebe Barn is not available for the dates you wish to amend your booking to – we will offer a full refund, if it is due to the current situation
